What it Does

The bump screen is quick to setup and easy to use. It is a good replacement when cabling in a printer is going to be difficult or costly. It allows you to visually display the items to be produced for each new order on another screen in your store.

You can assign all or just some Products to show on the Bump Screen when sold.

 

Enabling the Bump Screen

  1. Go to Sites

  2. Select a Site

  3. Go to Add Ons

  4. Choose Bump Screen

  5. Click Enable



Configuring the Bump Screen

Once enabled the Bump Screen is created and shown under your Printers page.

Setting All Products to go to the Bump Screen

  1. Go to Sites

  2. Select a Site

  3. Go to Printers

  4. Select the Printer Configuration Level dropdown

  5. Set it to All Items to All Printers

  6. Go to printers at the bottom of the page where the Bump screen will automatically appear. Rename if you wish

 

Setting Some Products to go to the Bump Screen

  1. Go to Sites

  2. Select a Site

  3. Go to Printers

  4. Select the Printer Configuration Level dropdown

  5. Set it to Printer/Item Specific

  6. Save

  7. Return to that same page

  8. Go to printers at the bottom of the page where the Bump screen will automatically appear. Rename if you wish

  9. Click the Add Product shopping trolley icon to the right to determine which products are sent to the Bump Screen

  10. From here use the Checkboxes  to assign the desired products

 

Configuring to the device

  1. Go to POS

  2. Select the Menu on the top left (looks like 3 white lines)

  3. Click the Add-ons Button

  4. Select the Bump Screen you created

 

You will now be presented with a white screen, orders will appear as they are entered.
