To perform a refund:
1. Go to POS.
2. Select ORDERS.
3. Find the sale you want to refund.
5. Select the Receipt Options Button in the bottom right.
6. Press DELETE SALE
7. Press Refund Sale
This information will show on your Finalised Takings Report as well as the Audit Report in your Back Office
The ability to delete a sale can be controlled on a per user basis via Back Office > People > Users > Edit. For more information see Managing User Settings.
