If you are experiencing some issue with the existing data on the Kounta App, you can clear the device cache by performing the following:

- Head to the iPads settings and scroll down to Kounta POS.

- Toggle Repair Kounta On.- Quit the iPad App and open the app again.

- Log in and follow the prompts. 

Once updated 

- Select Sites or mySite from the left menu

- Select Devices from the top menu

- Select registers

- Find the existing register you were using

- Press the RECYCLE icon next to it

-Click Go To POS

- Select the appropriate register from the drop-down.
